About the role
Do you want to dive deep into security operations and have a real impact on our customers? Then you've come to the right place! In the Arctic Wolf Customisation Journey, you will customise our security service so that it fits perfectly into the environment of each individual customer.
Your tasks
As a Security Customisation Engineer (m/f/d) you will:
Designing instead of working through: You optimise security solutions so that customers really get the most out of our services.
Consulting without the stress of travelling: You are the central point of contact for your customers - as a technical sparring partner, troubleshooter and source of ideas.
Hands-on security: From EDR and network detection & response to firewalls and cloud systems - you work directly on the key interfaces.
Pure personal responsibility: You control your own work, have a high degree of freedom and can apply your expertise exactly where it will have the greatest impact.
Further tasks
Assisting customers with problems with our products by telephone or online support.
Processing requests according to defined playbooks and documenting new problems.
Effective communication with different personalities.
Knowledge of the systems and processes used at Arctic Wolf.
On-call service for emergencies outside working hours.
What you should bring with you
Passion for security operations and enjoyment of customer contact
Experience with EDR, NDR, firewalls or cloud environments
Analytical thinking paired with a solution-orientated way of working
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way
6 months to 2 years experience in a network/security role or as an IT administrator
