Your tasks include

  • Independent planning, conceptualisation, implementation and further development of cross-channel retention and prevention campaigns as well as ensuring evaluability in terms of volume and value effects
  • Continuous analysis and further development of retention & prevention journeys and processes to improve performance
  • Monitoring performance and the relevant KPIs on a daily basis. Analysing relevant deviations and independently developing proposals and decision papers for measures to close gaps or exploit opportunities that arise
  • Collaboration on the retention and prevention strategy
  • Main contact person for retention and prevention measures for stakeholders from the partner areas

What you bring with you

  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience as a campaign or CX manager. Knowledge of the special features of the retention and prevention business for term contracts (e.g. within the telecommunications or energy sector) is an advantage
  • You have the ability to carry out analyses independently, interpret them correctly and derive the right measures with confidence
  • Excel is your friend. You can combine, analyse and display data from different cubes in Excel
  • You are able to independently create target group-orientated presentations in a structured and clear manner and present them to management and your stakeholders
  • You don't get lost in detail, prioritise and always keep an eye on the effects on the business and the urgency of issues
  • You don't dwell on problems, but develop solutions and act on them consistently, taking your team members along with you
  • You have initial experience in marketing automation and in creating personalised customer experiences
