Your tasks include

If you have visions, you should turn them into reality. As a Senior IT Business Analyst (f/m/d), you are at the heart of our projects and act as an important interface between the customer's requirements and implementation as part of our team.

This position is available full-time and part-time.

  • You design customised, business-critical software for industry leaders - together with global and agile teams in a leadership role.
  • You will work on a wide range of projects - from MVPs to SAFe programmes, from design thinking to BPMN, from automotive to public.
  • You translate functional requirements into technical ones and design solutions, services and new business models.
  • You identify opportunities for improvement and manage change within the team and with the customer.
  • You develop epics and stories from abstract requirements and accompany their implementation.
  • You have the freedom to shape things yourself and take responsibility.

What you bring with you

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics or in the natural sciences or comparable training with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of experience with methods and tools in process and requirements analysis as well as in process, data and software modelling
  • Very good communication skills and understanding of software development processes
  • Motivation through successful technical solutions focussing on the customer and their added value
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, at least C1
