Your tasks include

  • You monitor and optimise our customers' business-critical processes.
  • You ensure that the process documentation is up to date and liaise with our customers on changes.
  • You assess the impact of upcoming changes and projects in relation to critical business processes and - if necessary - initiate mitigating measures.
  • You keep a cool head in the event of critical faults. You advise and inform the customer and bring together the relevant technical experts to resolve the fault.
  • You analyse potential for improvement and drive solutions for standardisation and process automation

What you bring with you

  • You have a high affinity for processes and procedures.
    BPMN 2.0, EPK and process optimisation are no foreign words to you.
  • You have industry experience in one of our core sectors of retail, logistics or production.
  • You have basic application know-how in SAP and possible industry-specific peripheral systems.
  • Ideally, you have already had contact with job automation tools (e.g. Automic or Batchman).
  • You cultivate service-orientated communication and enjoy working with our long-standing existing customers.
