For our Customer Support, Reliability, Security (CRS) service area in Tribe Identity and Security Platforms (CRSISP), we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time Senior Software Engineer Identity & Access Management (m/f/d) in Berlin, Karlsruhe, Munich or Münster. You will work together with 8 colleagues across locations and with various interfaces.

Your tasks include

You will play a key role in the design, architecture and strategic development of our identity and access management (IAM) solutions. You will be a central point of contact for the technical roadmap and use modern development methods and tools to ensure that our IAM strategy is implemented in a future-proof manner.
You have very good, in-depth development experience and act with technical expertise within the team, in particular by analysing current and future requirements and developing innovative solutions that meet the latest technological standards.
You are responsible for the development and implementation of quality standards, including automated tests (unit, integration and end-to-end tests) and thus ensure a stable and reliable IAM environment.
You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions for digital identities. You will contribute innovative ideas and drive their implementation in order to continuously improve our systems.

What you bring with you

You have a degree in computer science and many years of relevant professional experience in the development, architecture and operation of software systems in an enterprise environment or a comparable qualification as well as experience in the management of interdisciplinary (sub-)projects.
You have in-depth knowledge of IT architectures, IT security standards and their implementation in enterprise environments and have advanced language, protocol and interface skills (e.g. Java, Groovy, Python, Bash, REST APIs, OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect).
You are able to design and implement scalable, secure and maintainable IAM architectures.
You are business fluent in German (C1) and have a good command of English (B2) to operate confidently in an international environment.
You have the ability to analyse requirements at a strategic level and develop innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
