Responsibility for the SAP-based solution 'Business Partner Employee' (BPE)
Further development of the technical solution in close cooperation with the HR Global Data Manager and the Global Process Owners of the specialist departments
Requirements management, creation of IT concepts and coordination of implementation in all affected systems (Oracle HCM, SAP HR, SAP MDG, etc.)
Management of (inter)national SAP projects from planning to implementation and rollout
Implementation of customising and 3rd level support of the solution in all affected systems
Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or comparable
Very good knowledge of SAP-based HR processes and/or the SAP Business Partner and the associated customising
Ideally experience in the synchronisation of mini HR master and business partner
Structured, independent and solution-orientated way of working with high quality standards
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and enjoy working in an international environment
