Your tasks include

Assuming technical responsibility for the configuration and implementation of the Oracle HCM Core Solution
Ensuring the ongoing support of the Oracle HCM Cloud and carrying out release management
Support for the global rollout of the Oracle HCM Cloud
Analysing requirements from the HR department and implementing suitable solutions 

What you bring with you

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable
Several years of experience in the international HR/IT environment as well as expertise in HCM cloud solutions, ideally Oracle HCM
Knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM) an advantage
Very good understanding of HR processes and their mapping in IT systems
Very good knowledge of English
