Your tasks include

  • Ticket processing: Supporting our customers with questions and problems, as well as processing enquiries via our ServiceNow portal.
  • Customer system analyses: Carrying out error analyses on the customer system.
  • Problem identification and documentation: Identifying, documenting and prioritising customer problems to ensure quick and effective solutions. 
  • Cooperation: You will also work closely with our development, cloud and consulting teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software.

If you are interested, there is also the possibility of becoming a technical team lead m/f/d.

What you bring with you

  • Education: You have successfully completed your commercial or business administration vocational training.
  • Professional experience: You have already gained practical experience in support/service or controlling. Ideally, you have already worked with a ticket system.
  • Expertise: Knowledge of Service Now is an advantage but not a must.
  • Working method: You have good time management skills and can make decisions quickly, even under pressure.
  • Personality: Customer-orientation, a pronounced willingness to provide service and problem-solving skills are among your strengths.
  • Language: Very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
