What you can expect from us

As a Team Leader (m/f/d) in the App Factory, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of a cross-functional team within a cluster. You will ensure that strategic objectives are effectively implemented, promote the individual development of your employees, and foster productive, quality-oriented collaboration.

Your tasks include

Operational leadership of the team with a focus on productive, quality-oriented collaboration
Active support of employees in their professional and personal development, including identifying individual strengths and creating suitable growth opportunities.
Responsibility for the topic and team roadmap, including resource management and transparent progress and capacity overview.
Ensuring clear and structured communication within the team, as well as in exchanges with Cluster Leads and other Team Leads.
Taking over stakeholder management and representing team planning internally and externally with authority
Role as a sparring partner: Incorporating relevant perspectives from Tech, Product, and UX to support informed decisions
Proactive contribution to a positive team culture, early identification of tensions, and constructive resolution of conflicts.
Experience in the banking sector or in the area of digital products or apps, ideally in a regulated or scaling context, would be advantageous.

What you bring with you

You have several years of professional experience in agile software development or IT project management – ideally with interfaces to Tech, Product, and UX.
You have initial leadership experience or a clear motivation to grow into a responsible leadership role.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to collaborate both within the team and with fellow leaders distinguish you.
You have a good feel for your team's needs – you know how to motivate, empower, and develop employees.
You enjoy team cohesion, solution-oriented conflict resolution, and a respectful working environment.
Autonomous working style, decisiveness, and a clear vision even in challenging situations complete your profile.
