Kollektive Intelligenz galt bisher als entscheidend, um komplexe Aufgaben in einer zunehmend unsicheren und dynamischen Welt (VUCA) zu bewältigen. Doch gerade in dem Moment, in dem Unternehmen verstärkt durch agile Zusammenarbeit und kreative Prozesse Räume für kollektive Intelligenz geschaffen haben, wird Künstliche Intelligenz immer besser darin, auch komplexe Aufgaben zu übernehmen – und verschiebt damit diese Dynamik.
Der Vortrag beleuchtet, inwiefern wir an der Schwelle zu einer neuen Ära stehen, in der Mensch und Maschine eng zusammenarbeiten, aber die Gefahr besteht, dass menschliche Kreativität und kollektive Prozesse (wieder) in den Hintergrund geraten. Zudem gibt der Vortrag Einblicke, wie das Innovation Lab der Bayerischen Versorgungskammer mit dieser Entwicklung umgeht.
