The basis for this is the statutory health insurance software standard BITMARCK_21c|ng, which is used by the affiliated health insurance funds. The group's customers are the company and guild health insurance funds as well as DAK-Gesundheit and other substitute health insurance funds - over 30,000 employees and around 25 million SHI policyholders benefit from BITMARCK's IT services, and more than 80 per cent of German statutory health insurance funds are customers of the group. With around 1,800 employees, BITMARCK generates an annual turnover of 393 million euros.
