In doing so, we address development potential, create space for exchange and help shape public discourse. It is important to us to shape the digital transformation in a fair and sustainable way. We want a world that values ALL people in their diversity. This includes the consistently equal participation of women* in business, media, education, society and politics. We understand leadership as a progressive and inclusive attitude towards progress and further development that does not require elites.
