Innerhalb des Vortrags werden Gründe für eine stereotype Berufswahl aufgezeigt und welche Situation aktuell in der IT herrscht. Mit Hilfe des Girls’Day – Mädchen-Zukunftstag wird Mädchen* der Einblick in männlich dominierte Berufsfelder ermöglicht und damit versucht stereotype Berufswahlen abzulösen und persönliche Interessen und Stärken nach vorne zu stellen.
