Job description

What you can expect from us

Product Delivery Manager (m/f/diverse) is responsible for the technical and product-related communication with BoardConnect customers and ensures the contractual provision of products and services in the area of in-flight entertainment and connectivity

Your tasks include

Ensuring the operation of in-flight entertainment & connectivity services to improve the passenger experience with airline customers
Quality assurance of the software and systems in the BoardConnect laboratory in Raunheim through production-related tests on aircraft servers
Professional communication with airline customers (presentations, meetings)
Recording and analysing user requirements, support with change requests
Coordination and support in incident, problem and change management

What you bring with you

You are characterised by a proactive mentality, strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as technical understanding and a keen eye for efficient and innovative solutions for digital change
Completed relevant studies preferably in computer science, business informatics or similar or completed relevant professional training with several years of professional experience
Professional experience in IT operations (complex applications) & aviation industry
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Confident demeanour, good communication and cooperation skills as well as negotiation skills
