Your tasks include

Advising and supporting management on all HR-related issues and managing a small HR team

Further development of the HR strategy and implementation of personnel development measures to optimise the organisation

Management and implementation of projects for process optimisation in the HR area

Trusting cooperation with other departments at Greenfield

Implementation of all personnel measures from entry to exit

Competent advice for management and executives on all personnel-related issues

Hands-on processing of the entire personnel administration and creation of documents for the various individual personnel measures (e.g. employment contracts, references, certificates)

Personnel marketing, recruitment and applicant management

Preparation of payroll accounting / salary run in cooperation with the finance department

Cooperation with PMO, monitoring and correction of holiday accounts, time recording and expenses

Conducting and coordinating employee appraisals to determine potential and further development

What you bring with you

Degree in human resources, psychology or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources

Many years of experience (at least 5 years) in HR, ideally in a generalist management position in the IT sector

Confident handling of common HR and recruiting solutions and MS Office

Experience in the implementation of HR projects and process optimisation

Strategic and conceptual way of thinking as well as a structured and solution-orientated way of working

Very good knowledge and evidence of application of operational HR tools

Solid knowledge of labour and social law

Independent, results-orientated and pragmatic way of working, hands-on mentality

Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of contacts

Very good written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level)
