Your tasks
 

  • You look after your own portfolio of existing nicos customers and are the catalyst for a long-lasting, positive relationship.
  • As the first point of contact, you ensure that our customers receive individual support, process their requests with a high degree of solution-orientation and support them over the years.
  • In Service Management, you accompany business customers through the entire process and work with them to select the right technical set-up using a best practice approach.
  • This includes recognising individual customer needs and helping to develop suitable solutions in terms of service design.
  • You process complaints and claims and help our technical colleagues to find the best possible solution - only through feedback can we understand our customers and fulfil their wishes.

Your profile

  • You have a successfully completed degree or training in the IT or commercial sector.
  • You combine customer-orientated and analytical thinking and acting with a systematic and structured way of working and a basic understanding of business administration.
  • Business relationship management is your top priority.
  • You have a professional, trustworthy and empathetic demeanour and can also score points in difficult situations thanks to your communication skills.
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience as a customer consultant in the field of technical services or IT infrastructures.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
