What you can expect from us

We are seeking an experienced Analyst (all genders) for one of two teams: 

  • Product Team: Search & Recommender Systems: Join us in analyzing customer behaviour and sales performance to elevate the shopping experience, with a focus on recommender systems and product search. This team is perfect for you if you're passionate about understanding customer needs and generating innovative ideas to enhance their experience
  • Product Team: Pricing Excellence & Procurement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine pricing strategies and streamline procurement processes. This team is ideal for you if you have a strong affinity for the B2B ecosystem and a keen understanding of the pricing dynamics within a marketplace

Your tasks include

  • You analyse product performance metrics, user engagement, and feedback to provide actionable insights that drive product improvements and new features
  • You join cross-functional product teams during their discovery phases to provide them with data-based insights and ideas, collaborating with product management, engineering, design, and marketing to ensure data-driven decision-making
  • You propose and lead projects that significantly improve key business processes using data-driven techniques
  • You prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
  • You conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trend, opportunities, and best practices in the e-commerce landscape
    You design and set up A/B tests and help the stakeholders to analyse and interpret the results

What you bring with you

  • You have substantial experience in product analysis, particularly in digital products, and thrive in a data-driven environment
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in using data to derive insights, inform decisions, and support strategic initiatives
  • You have advanced knowledge of writing SQL 
  • You have a good understanding of web analytics and A/B testing  
  • You are a good storyteller and use visualisation tools like "Tableau" to communicate your findings effectively
  • You are fluent in English (C1) and enjoy working in an international environment
  • Basic programming knowledge in a programming language like Python or R is a plus
