Your tasks include

✈ Ensuring the system availability and security of complex IT infrastructures and interfaces to neighbouring systems 

✈ Responsibility for the operation of the M365 tenant and the Windows systems in administrative IT at SL1 and SL2 level

✈ Processing of fault and error messages as well as cost estimates and derivation of resulting change requests

✈ Carrying out system modifications and installing and integrating new products and systems

✈ Advising neighbouring departments and system and application management on technically demanding IT topics

What you bring with you

✈ Completed technical training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration, data and process analysis or application development)
or a technical/scientific degree (Bachelor's, Diploma, Master's) specialising in computer science, mathematics or communications engineering
- each with several years of professional experience in relevant areas

✈ Proven professional experience in Windows system management or software development, ideally with independent responsibility for tasks

✈ Sound knowledge of Windows system administration at Engineer level (e.g. MCSE) and in the administration of M365 and Active Directory

Expertise in the areas of Azure and public cloud as well as experience in script programming and automation (e.g. Microsoft PowerShell, Bicep, other scripting languages)

✈ Experience in dealing with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code

✈ Ideally experience in project management and willingness to take on on-call duties

✈ Very good German language skills and good technical English skills
