You are the first point of contact in the area of public cloud for our specialist projects/use cases and accompany them through the various processes (compliance, architecture, reporting, FinOps, etc.).
You actively conduct cloud consultations and solution consultations in collaboration with our technical experts.
You support our specialist projects/use cases end-2-end in coordinating the various stakeholders in the public cloud environment.
You create user-friendly documentation for our platforms and products as well as instructions along the cloud journey.
You have overall responsibility for our use cases and actively contribute ideas to optimise the associated processes.
You structure the identification and processing of requests and coordinate them with the relevant stakeholders.
You have a degree in business informatics or a comparable field of study as well as many years of relevant professional experience in the public cloud environment or a comparable qualification and experience in the management of interdisciplinary (sub-)projects.
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or AWS and are familiar with the challenges of complex cloud migration projects.
You have experience in the design and further development of processes - sound ITIL knowledge and in particular previous experience in the area of service management are an advantage.
You are business fluent in German (at least C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level).
You have a basic technical understanding of the requirements and challenges of cloud-native environments and automation solutions.
You have internalised the agile values and adapt Scrum to suit the environment and the team and continuously develop this further.
