Your tasks include

  • Development of (specialised) concepts and processes in the area of anti-financial crime based on regulatory and business requirements
  • Implementation support for the conceptualised features in close cooperation with the IT development team, our external partners and the management
  • Preparing user stories for the development team and testing the software before going live
  • Analysing the APIs and data requirements of third-party systems for integration into the overall architecture
  • Contributing own ideas for the constant optimisation of products, processes and systems

What you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed a degree with a business or IT focus (business informatics, industrial engineering, technical business administration)
  • You have a passion for technology, complex business processes and digital products and actively follow the FinTech market
  • You have already gained initial professional experience in agile product development, preferably in the field of AML/money laundering prevention, a startup or a management consultancy
  • You are characterised by strong analytical skills and a clear focus on customer needs, while also considering the targeted use of AI to optimise processes
  • You have excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality - from brainstorming to implementation
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
