Dual study programme in Business Informatics (B.Sc.) (f/m/d) at the Frankfurt location

  • Frankfurt

Job description

Are you good at structuring and like to plan ahead? Do you like to try out new things straight away? And your analyses are usually razor-sharp? Then ING is the right place for you.

What you can expect from us

Start a dual study programme with us on 1 August 2026 - for 3 years and in cooperation with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Mannheim!

Your tasks include

  • You put what you learn on your degree programme directly into practice so that you can develop as much as possible.
  • At the university, you will learn all about the methods of business informatics, IT concepts, system development, programming, maths and statistics. And about topics from business administration and management studies - partly in English.
  • In the practical phases, our professionals will teach you how to apply what you have learnt in your day-to-day work.
  • Whether business, IT or operations: in every area, you will quickly realise that we are not the kind of bank you imagine. We don't have a dress code and work in an agile way, i.e. in small teams that interact a lot - this makes us effective and flexible. For you, this means that you are directly part of the team, receive excellent coaching and can make an active contribution, because we implement good ideas - regardless of who has them.

What you bring with you

  • Good to very good (specialised) A-levels
  • Enthusiasm for IT & business topics
  • Fun learning and lots of motivation
  • Reliable, goal-orientated, independent & team player
  • Good expression & communication

About the company

"You don't look like bankers at all," we often hear. Perhaps that's because everything is a bit more lively and relaxed here. Sure, we sometimes wear dark blue suits and take our work seriously. But we are more casual about it.

Around 10 million private customers place their trust in us. This makes us the third largest bank in Germany. Our core products are current accounts, mortgage loans, savings, consumer loans and securities for private customers.

We are passionate about diversity, initiative, teamwork and innovation. We have strong roots in Europe. And we set things in motion in Frankfurt, Berlin, Nuremberg and Hanover - even if we are not always on site together at our locations. We bring together people with different backgrounds, experiences and lifestyles - through our hybrid working model.

Our benefits

  • Promotion opportunities
  • Vocational training
  • Company pension scheme
  • Financial incentives
  • Home office
  • Further training
