Job description

As a Full-Stack Developer, you design innovative software solutions from the user interface all the way down to the database layer. You are familiar with modern web technologies and develop scalable applications. You work directly with clients from various professions (e.g., from the construction industry), understand their problems, and translate them into well-thought-out technical solutions.

Your tasks include

Frontend & Backend: You develop frontend and backend components for web-based applications
Client work: You work directly with clients, analysing requirements and designing solutions
Databases: You design database structures and optimise queries for performance
APIs: You build RESTful APIs and integrate external services
Mentoring: You mentor team members, perform code reviews, and promote best practices
Risk management: You identify technical risks early and address them
Coding Assistants: You develop, test, and document with intensive use of LLM-based coding assistants
End-to-End: You are involved in the development from conception to commissioning.

What you bring with you

You have a very good degree in Computer Science or a comparable background
You have several years of experience in full-stack development.
You have in-depth knowledge of modern UI frameworks, preferably Angular, alternatively React or Vue.
You have backend experience with Node.js and frameworks like NestJS
You have very good programming skills, embrace best practices, and have successfully brought software projects with TypeScript and Python into production.
You're getting the most out of LLM-based coding assistants: parallel sessions, MCP tools, Agent.md, workflow automation – and you're constantly looking for ways to be even more productive.
You have experience with databases, specifically MongoDB.
You have an eye for clean code and good user experience.
You have a hands-on mentality and get stuck in rather than discussing.
You enjoy encouraging others and sharing your knowledge.
You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with people from different professions (technical and non-technical).
You have very good German language skills.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and recognise risks early on.
Your motivation and self-discipline enable you to achieve a high standard of quality, deliver results on time, and motivate other team members.
You are using modern tools, including AI, to work more efficiently.
