Your tasks include

  • Support with the organisation, tracking and documentation of tasks and work packages in a project environment
  • Arranging and monitoring of appointments, and preparation, execution and follow-up of meetings and workshops
  • Creation, maintenance and preparation of documents and presentations, particularly using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Structuring and managing project documentation, as well as providing support with information and document management.
  • Support and coordination for committees and interfaces, including documentation and document management.
  • Support in risk and status management, as well as coordination with relevant project stakeholders

What you bring with you

  • Currently undertaking full-time studies, e.g. in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration or a comparable course of study.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
  • Analytical thinking skills, as well as strong coordination and organisational abilities
  • Safe handling of MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Independent, structured way of working, as well as good time and task management in an administrative environment
  • Willingness to undergo a security vetting process in accordance with the Hamburg Security Vetting and Secrecy Act (HmbSÜGG)
