Your tasks include

  • You advise and support our customers in optimising the organisational structure and processes in the context of service management
  • You advise and support our customers in the planning, implementation, introduction and further development of Atlassian systems and products with a focus on service management
  • You record customer requirements, evaluate them and prepare decision templates based on them
  • You develop customised solutions and implementation options, identify advantages and disadvantages and discuss these with customers in a goal-oriented manner
  • You are responsible for the modelling of Atlassian products, implement them and present the results to your customers
  • Your tasks will include planning, preparing and conducting training courses as well as deepening your expertise in service management topics

What you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed a degree in project management, computer science or a similar subject area
  • You have several years of experience in the service management environment, ideally in the service environment in the IT industry or in the Atlassian environment
  • You have sound knowledge of service management, perhaps even certifications
  • You are familiar with Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence 
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • You are results-orientated and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
