We offer you an approx. 12-month induction phase in the operational service of the control centre to prepare you for your job. Your training will also include attending seminars and getting to know the network partners relevant to group control centre management.

Your tasks include

  • Coordination of grid management at the interface to distribution grid operators, industrial customers and power plant operators
  • Design and further development of processes in your own area of responsibility
  • Temporary assignment as a network management engineer in the operational service of the responsible control centre for remote control and monitoring of the transmission network
  • Collaboration on the integration of new HVDC connections, offshore wind farms, grid equipment in accordance with Section 11 of the Energy Industry Act and systems for providing reactive power into the transmission grid

What you bring with you

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Quick comprehension
  • High degree of responsibility and resilience
  • Excellent communication skills and good English language skills
  • Willingness to occasionally work alternating shifts and to travel on business
