Your tasks include

As part of our team, you will support us in many exciting areas: 

  • Advising our public sector clients on IT strategy, IT architecture, data management and digital governance
  • Collaboration in the conception and implementation of administrative modernisation projects through the development and operationalisation of digital transformation strategies
  • Coaching our clients with classic and current methods and tools such as OKR, Scrum, Design Thinking or Prince2
  • Support for large implementation projects and sub-projects with a sustainable impact orientation for society, e.g. digitalisation of administrative services at federal and state level, user-oriented and ecological mobility design in cities.

What you bring with you

For this varied position you will have: 

  • an excellently completed Master's degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, engineering or economics with an IT focus
  • First proven practical and project experience from a consulting or auditing company or public administration with an IT focus (IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT strategy, data science, digital governance)
  • Data, cloud and AI expertise as well as initial experience with process automation, requirements and IT project management with demonstrable methodological skills
  • Strong people and service orientation, strong communication skills, affinity for digitalisation and a high level of commitment
  • Sound knowledge of public administration topics and requirements
  • Analytical skills, high level of creativity and problem-solving expertise
    Desire, motivation and energy to shape the modernisation and transformation of the administration and PD
