IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

As IT Service Manager (m/f/d) you will become the central point of contact for operational IT issues, manage complex processes in line with ITILv4 guidelines and ensure that our internal and external customers receive exactly the service they deserve - reliably, efficiently and with a smile.

Your contribution:

  • You are Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for operational IT service topics and shape the Service Delivery Management actively involved. 
  • You supervise the processes of the IT service management according to ITILv4 - from the Incident Management about Problem management up to the Change management. 
  • In collaboration with teams from Development, Product Management and Hosted Services, you will continuously optimise our IT operating processes.
  • You look after our Resellerresponsible for the Service level management with and thus contribute significantly to Customer satisfaction with.
  • You set the Accessibility of service delivery management safely - even in off-peak times during On-call service.

What you bring with you:

  • Completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d)) or Study in the field of (scientific) computer science or information management
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of IT operations, IT administration or IT service management
  • Practical knowledge of the ITILv4 standards and experience in their application
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Pronounced Communication skills, ability to work in a team, self-organisation and Service orientation and Sense of responsibility
