Ihr Aufgabenspektrum ist vielfältig: Gestalten Sie unseren IT-Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft mit! Sie kümmern sich dabei um die Konzeption, Implementierung, Weiterentwicklung und den störungsfreien Betrieb der Standardsoftware und der Produkte im Exchange-/Mailing-Umfeld.
Sie koordinieren und steuern die Aktivitäten im Rahmen des gesamten Service-Lifecycle-Prozesses hinsichtlich der Themen Exchange/Mailing und sind im Service Design für abgegrenzte Themenfelder im Applikations- oder Infrastrukturbetrieb verantwortlich.
Sie sind u.a. für Microsoft Exchange verantwortlich, überwachen die Einhaltung der IT-Vorgaben und wirken bei der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse mit.
Bei der Übernahme von Services in den Betrieb und im laufenden Betrieb tragen Sie die übergreifende Verantwortung für Performance und Datenqualität.
Sie erkennen mögliche Störungen frühzeitig und beheben diese schnellstmöglich im Kontakt mit Kunden und anderen IT-Teams.
Für diese Aufgabe sind Sie mit einem Hochschulabschluss (Diplom oder Master) im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation gut gerüstet.
Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fehleranalyse von IT-Lösungen und -Architekturen auf dem Gebiet Exchange /Mailing und diesen zugrunde liegenden Technologien (SMTP-Gateway [bevorzugt Cisco-Produkterfahrung], Encryption-Gateway, Archivierung).
Dafür brauchen Sie Expertenwissen zur Microsoft-Exchange-Version 2019 im Erfahrungen mit Exchange Hybrid und/oder Exchange Online sind wünschenswert.
Sie bringen zudem Powershell-Expertenwissen mit.
Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten ebenso wie ein agiles Mindset sind grundlegend für diese Tätigkeit.
Sehr gutes Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
