What you can expect from us

  • Our team supports employees in IT/specialist areas in their tasks along the agile software development process (SDLC) with modern development platforms and a contemporary tool, tool and process landscape.
  • In this newly created position, you will contribute your expertise in the field of testing and test automation and continuously develop our test automation strategy in the SDLC. This includes the selection of suitable automation tools for test levels system tests, system integration tests as well as user acceptance test automation and load performance tests. 
  • You support our application teams and ensure that test automation is implemented in a targeted manner and thus becomes an integral part of the software development process.
  • You can confidently navigate between functional and technical requirements and are very familiar with the solution market for test automation tools. 
  • Transparent and stakeholder-orientated communication is just as important to you as the use of feedback. 
  • You will also contribute to the methodical further development of the test automation guidelines across teams and collaborate with the application teams.

What you bring with you

  • You will impress us with a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification. 
  • You have sound professional experience in the planning and execution of tests in the context of software development with a focus on agile environments as well as good knowledge in the field of test automation.
  • You have a high level of expertise in the areas of test creation, test automation and test execution. Certification as an ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level is an advantage. 
  • You are characterised by your extensive experience in application design and application development methods.
  • You have been involved in the agile implementation of complex IT projects, working with scaled Scrum frameworks.
  • You communicate convincingly in writing and orally in our business language German (at least C1 level). A good command of English complements your profile.
  • Your enjoyment of analytics, abstraction, conceptualisation and team communication rounds off your profile.
