Lead Full-Stack Engineer (m/f/x)

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives

  • Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
  • Conduct and lead code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability across the platform
  • Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify feature requirements, enhance workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from concept to deployment and beyond, while maintaining high technical standards
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical development and business goals

What you bring with you

  • Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as VueJS, SolidJS, ReactJS, or AngularJS, with a focus on TypeScript and JavaScript development
  • Advanced proficiency in Node.js with Express for building APIs and server-side applications, along with familiarity with MongoDB as a preferred database solution
  • Hands-on experience in designing scalable and distributed systems, leveraging tools like Docker, Terraform, and AWS Cloud for deployment and management
  • Proficient in working within a Monorepo setup (e.g., Rushstack) and version control systems like GitLab for collaborative development
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile teams and collaborate across remote settings, fostering open communication and innovation
  • A strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for embracing new technologies, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering high-quality results
