What you can expect from us

Your most important tasks

  • Postal administration and negotiation of framework agreements
  • Contact person for vendors, partners and external service providers to ensure inventory of office supplies and maintenance of equipment and update health and safety guidelines
  • Processing all payments from providers or institutions (taxes, invoices, etc.) in collaboration with the finance department
  • Optimisation of existing work processes in the office
  • Support of the local HRBP (e.g.: monthly reports, personnel administration, onboarding) and the legal department
  • Organisation of internal events in cooperation with our Event Manager
  • Participation in local and international projects with the international office team

What you bring with you

Required competences

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent administrative and accounting skills
  • Experience in working with various tools and software
  • Professional communication and high customer orientation
  • Proactivity and solution-orientation
  • Team spirit and initial experience in international teams
  • Good knowledge of the implementation of a payroll accounting process
  • Excellent German and English language skills, French is a plus!
