Within the OVHcloud Group's legal department, the Compliance department is responsible for ensuring that the Group's activities comply with the applicable regulations. In particular, it is responsible for preventing the use of OVHcloud's services for malicious or illegal purposes, reactively or preventively by anticipating cybercrime on the OVHcloud network. This department is also the primary point of contact for the authorities in the various countries where OVHcloud is present. It thus contributes to the growth and security of the company.

The Compliance department consists of lawyers and analysts who work with various contacts within (IT security, commercial, customer service, etc.) and outside the Group.

What you can expect from us

Your most important tasks

  • Maintaining relations with German judicial and administrative authorities active in the fight against cybercrime and the regulation of digital actors
  • Processing of official and court enquiries from other countries (e.g. Belgium, England, etc.)
  • Support in setting up an industrialised billing system for the French authorities and other countries
  • Ad hoc contributions to other types of cases handled in the CC, including the handling of illegal content reports

  • Mastery of OVHcloud tools in all areas
  • Communication with German judicial and administrative authorities

And in a year's time

  • Independent processing of enquiries from various authorities
  • Implementation of intervention processes in the Limburg data centre and with the teams on site

What you bring with you

Required competences

  • Bachelor's degree in law or administrative science (German/French law), training as a
  • Paralegal/Administrative Assistant
  • Technical knowledge in IT and interest in this area
  • Native German speaker or bilingual
  • Very good knowledge of English (at least C1)
  • Advantage: command of everyday French (C2)
  • Interest in multimodal (on-site and hybrid) and multicultural collaboration within the team or across teams to promote the "One Team" spirit and overall efficiency
