You are responsible for planning, controlling and analysing the budget for the existing mobile customer segment.
You are the first point of contact for budgets and calculations for tariff changes and contract renewals for existing 1&1 Mobilfunk customers.
You monitor our products and measures independently and in a KPI-orientated manner and are responsible for the further development of business logic with a view to value and budget.
You develop measures and mechanisms for retaining and developing existing customers.
You prepare analyses and decision papers for senior management and actively contribute to profit and loss responsibility.
You will also realise complex and cross-divisional projects, plan and manage them independently and ensure a high level of transparency towards internal partners.

What you bring with you

You have several years of professional experience in product management and / or controlling and have also gained experience in project and / or programme management. You also have the following qualities:

Strong communication skills at all working levels up to senior management.
Ability to work independently and a structured and pragmatic approach combined with a strong hands-on mentality.
Practical experience in budget preparation and / or (product) controlling as well as in analysing complex and extensive data.
Practical experience in product management, in the creation of business cases and in deriving measures for the further development of existing customers.
High demands on your own performance level, confidence, resilience and assertiveness even in stressful phases.
Professional time and self-management as well as collegial interaction with cross-departmental project teams.
High affinity and experience with budget and calculation processes as well as analytical thinking skills.
Excellent handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ideally experience in the telecommunications industry or in the subscription business.
