As part of our agile customer dialogue team, you will develop innovative applications for communication with our customers and play an active role in shaping KfW's digital channels. You see digitalisation as a key driver for sustainable change and work with us to drive it forward.
Working closely with the team, Product Owner and Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of software-as-a-service solutions for interacting with our customers. You will use modern technologies, integrate cloud components and develop customised software solutions.
You will work closely with our agile development teams, specialist departments and external service providers to continuously develop our digital solutions.
You have a degree in IT, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in the technical design and realisation of applications and have in-depth knowledge of software solutions for customer interaction.
Knowledge of product management and testing as well as experience in the use of cloud technologies and AI tools are an advantage.
You have already been involved in the agile implementation of complex IT projects.
You are proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript or Python.
You communicate convincingly in writing and orally in our business language German (at least C1 level).
