Your tasks

  • As a Software and Test Developer (m/f/d) you will join our team, which is responsible for the support and further development of our in-house developed archive and document management system.
  • The focus here is on the automation of integration, interface, GUI and end-to-end tests as well as on reporting and all activities along the test process.
  • If required, we can also contribute to the maintenance and further development of the product.
  • Automation is implemented using suitable programming and scripting languages - supported by modern tools such as Hoppscotch, JMeter, IntelliJ and Jenkins.
  • In addition, supporting test management in the selection of suitable automation tools and in the creation of test strategies and test concepts is also part of the job.
  • The organisation of manual acceptance tests, the test design and the maintenance of test environments and test data are also carried out together with the test team.

What you bring with you

Your profile

  • You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Alternatively, you can demonstrate a completed apprenticeship in IT and relevant professional experience.
  • Ideally, you will have certifications in testing and test automation (e.g. ISTQB-CTFL, ISTQB-Advanced Test Automation Engineer) or have comparable practical experience in this area.
  • You have fun and enjoy test and process automation as well as test design and would like to contribute to our existing team.
  • You also have knowledge and practical experience in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Maven, Python, Groovy, Git, Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes technologies.
  • You have experience with tools such as Jira, Xray and Confluence as well as with test automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium or Ranorex.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases round off your profile.
  • You love the challenge of analysing complex issues in order to develop needs-based solutions independently and autonomously.
