The Customer Success department at OVHcloud consists of a team of professionals and experts who play a crucial and central role in supporting our key accounts in the implementation and use of our solutions.

As a Technical Account Manager, your interpersonal and technical skills are needed to help customers succeed. You will not only support them in their first steps with our tools and services, but also take care of the development of operational activities, governance, technical advice around OVHcloud services and feedback on future requirements.

Working closely with Customer Success Managers and the sales team, the main task of the TAM is to ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

You will not only support them in their first steps with our tools and services, but also take care of the development of operational activities, governance, technical advice around OVHcloud services and feedback on future requirements.

Working closely with Customer Success Managers and the sales team, the main task of the TAM is to ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

What you can expect from us

Your most important tasks

  • You manage the activities of large accounts (onboarding, monitoring of operational activities, growth, capacity management, new requirements, governance).
  • You act as a trusted advisor to your customers and support their business development with OVHcloud solutions.
  • You analyse new sales opportunities and pass them on to sales and/or technical teams.
  • You take care of the provision and integration of new infrastructure and services.
  • You help your customers to optimise their costs.
  • You ensure that the contract is properly fulfilled.
  • You set up KPI dashboards and take care of reviews (SLAs, service tracking).
  • You lead or participate in various committees (operational follow-ups, projects and strategic topics).
  • You help customers to secure their infrastructure hosted at OVHcloud.
  • You act as an internal representative for your customers.
  • You work together with internal teams across functions: CSM, Pre-Sales, Sales, Support, Professional Services, Product Management, etc.
  • You contribute to the improvement of internal processes and best practices (incidents, problems, changes, deployment, improvement management requirements).
  • You will manage crisis units for major incidents with customers and various technical teams.

Required competences

  • You can create first-class documentation in German and English.
  • You are a very good communicator and value customer relationships.
  • You work easily with cross-functional teams.
  • You can identify technical problems and implement appropriate action plans.
  • You are autonomous and know how to take the initiative.
  • You have a high willingness to learn.
     

Some advantages

  • You have knowledge of system administration (Linux, VMware ESXi, MS Server).
