As a working student (m/f/d) you will support our HR team in its field of activity - in day-to-day business as well as in strategic projects and gain insights into the various specialist departments

Your tasks include

You support projects and can get involved proactively
You support your colleagues (m/f/d) in their daily business
With your ideas and expertise, you will support the further development and implementation of our HR projects
You will work closely with the head of the department and provide support in all tasks that arise
Together with the team, you ensure that projects are realised on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
You actively support administrative and research activities as well as appointment management, create analyses and presentations

What you bring with you

Ideally, you are studying for an advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, human resources management, psychology or a comparable degree programme. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

Ideally, you already have a commercial apprenticeship or have already gained initial experience in HR
You are confident in using MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point)
You are characterised in particular by your analytical thinking skills, a high level of initiative and strong communication skills
The HR environment is very dynamic: you should therefore enjoy a varied range of tasks, enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics and have a high degree of initiative
You have a structured way of working and a flair for clear communication with very good written and spoken German and English skills
