HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Analysis and optimisation of tool usage. You will support the analysis of how existing tools (Office, AI, collaboration and management tools) can be optimally utilised to increase the efficiency of personal working methods and our project teams.
Development of an optimal tool strategy. You will contribute to the design of best practices and concepts in order to link the various applications in a meaningful way. To do this, you will prepare presentations or documentation that enable these best practices to be applied directly in our teams.
Radar for new tools and AI applications. You keep an eye on new digital tools and AI features and assess their potential for us. You will accompany test groups, prepare tests methodically and collect structured feedback. In this way, your work supports well-founded decision-making on the introduction of new technologies.
Dynamic co-operation. In order to understand specific requirements and develop customised solutions, you will work closely with various specialist departments. A motivated and experienced team will support you in a professional and appreciative working environment so that you can grow both professionally and personally.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
You are Student:inideally in the areas of Business, Information Technology, Media, Communication or another speciality with a relevant reference.
You have Strong interest in tool features in the area of collaboration and pick up topics quickly. Ideally, you have Initial practice with relevant applications (e.g. Microsoft 365/Teams/SharePoint, Miro, AI) collected.
You work in a structured manner and analyse cleanly. You can prepare content to suit the target audience so that others can quickly understand and use it.
You are Strong communicator and team-orientatedyou are confident in an international environment and Communicate in German and Englishh.
