Pro Exzellenzia lead is a unique Hamburg-based project that, in collaboration with state universities, non-university research institutions, and other organisations and companies, accompanies and supports women on their career paths – especially in STEM fields. A forward-looking perspective on leadership and management positions plays a crucial role in this. Through its six programme lines, the project aims to empower women* (especially those with a history of migration) and encourage them to change leadership cultures from a future-oriented perspective so that gender diversity and diversity become indispensable success factors. The project runs from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2028.

Pro Exzellenzia plus ist ein einzigartiges Hamburger Projekt, dass im Verbund mit den staatlichen Hochschulen, außeruniversitären Forschungseinrichtungen und anderen Organisationen und Unternehmen Frauen* mit und ohne Migrationshintergrund auf ihren Karrierewegen begleitet und unterstützt. Dabei spielen der Zukunftsblick auf leitende und führende Positionen eine entscheidende Rolle. Das Projekt möchte durch seine Arbeit mit den vielen verschiedenen Zielgruppen Führungskulturen perspektivisch so verändern, dass Geschlechtervielfalt und Diversität zu unabdingbaren Erfolgsfaktoren werden.
