UNMUTE IT

We are UNMUTE IT - the podcast by and with women in IT. We talk about our experiences as women in tech, challenges we've faced, tips and tricks and the odd anecdote. Women belong in STEM fields - With our presence we want to underline this and motivate women and girls to get involved in IT. WHAT IS OUR MOTIVATION BEHIND THIS? We asked ourselves a lot of questions when we started working in IT and want to share the answers we found with you. We think that women in IT are quite normal and would like to pass this on and perhaps take away some of the fear of the subject. We have made it our mission to encourage others to go into IT too. Everyone needs that one person to give them the important push towards IT and we want to give this to our listeners! WHAT ARE THE TOPICS OF THE PODCAST: We will offer a colourful bouquet of topics from working in tech, cool women in IT, stories from our everyday lives to opinions and your questions. The motto is: mix and match, fun and facts! In a wide variety of formats: There will be interviews, open discussions and from time to time we'll just get drunk and chat about various topics.
