Job description

What you can expect from us

In ServiceNow product management, you will be responsible for the technical conception, creation of system designs and implementation of our internal customers' requirements as well as troubleshooting.
We are looking for support in the ITOM module (CMDB, discovery, event management, interfaces, etc.).
You will also implement system configurations and customisations in ServiceNow and work on the development of dashboards for our operating units and the implementation of automated data quality checks.
Managing the implementation of interface and integration requirements is also one of your regular tasks.
In order to implement the changes sustainably, you are responsible for the documentation and proper process implementation. You will coordinate the tests in all test stages and ensure proper documentation.
You proactively develop ideas and requirements for the further development of our tools.

What you bring with you

You have completed your studies, e.g. in computer science or in the STEM field. Career changers are also welcome
Extensive professional experience, with which you have acquired specialised knowledge of various ITIL processes and relevant methods with regard to the support and further development of IT applications. This includes in particular
Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow especially with ITOM Visibility or Health
Sound understanding of CMDB concepts, heterogeneous IT infrastructures and various common IT base components
Experience in the tool-supported recording of IT infrastructures
You are used to working in agile teams and projects (in German & English). You have already been able to demonstrate your goal orientation, organisational skills and conceptual abilities.
A goal-orientated way of working is your strength, both independently and as part of a team
You are able to convince others of your ideas and concepts and get to the bottom of things analytically.
