We are looking for a full-time position (40 hours/week) at the earliest possible date  a Product Manager (m/f/d) for the IT Office Infrastructure   
in our IT & Digital division at the Frankfurt am Main location. 
 
As a product manager for the IT Office infrastructure, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of your products in the IT & Digital division, such as components in Microsoft 365, the Adobe Creative Suite and other Office software products. You will work on the vision, concepts and roadmap for the products and services. In your role, you will ensure the consistent, reliable and transparent implementation of product issues and maximise the added value of your products for DFB customers, taking into account the overall portfolio. As an experienced and confident communicator, you will work closely with the specialist departments and ensure that the products meet the requirements and are successfully introduced.

Your tasks include

  • You are the contact person for IT projects related to infrastructure, for the strategic alignment of communication tools, such as video conferencing systems, and for the IT office infrastructure of employees
  • You are responsible for budget planning and cost control and monitor the profitability and sustainability of the products through meaningful reporting
  • You take strategic responsibility for the vision and roadmap of the products and further develop the products technically
  • You create and prioritise the product backlog and are responsible for sprint planning and the approval of sprint goals
  • For larger projects, you delegate responsibility for the technical implementation to the project manager
  • You ensure uniform standards for the products of the same task fulfilment
  • You accompany the introduction of new products and services until they are adopted into the established IT service desk and operational processes and ensure quality here

What you bring with you

  • You have a successfully completed (specialised) university degree in (business) informatics, business administration, economics or equivalent in-depth experience
  • Your German language skills are at C2 level
  • You have sound knowledge and/or several years of professional experience in the Modern Workplace environment (incl. common tools & hardware) as well as in agile project methodology
  • Your knowledge of the Microsoft 365 components is up to date, you know all the functions and have practical experience in administration
  • Ideally, this know-how can be proven by certificates obtained
  • You use your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace to confidently record and prioritise customer requirements and create designs
  • You have experience with documentation and project management systems (e.g. Jira and Confluence) and can translate requirements and tasks into EPICs
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the creation of business cases
  • You have very good analytical and conceptual skills and a structured, independent and proactive way of working
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong facilitation skills, including successful collaboration with external service providers and organisations
  • You combine a very high sense of responsibility and assertiveness with a high degree of solution and service orientation
  • In addition to pragmatic implementation skills, you have the ability to make decisions regarding new product features or those to be implemented
