As an IAM Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the overall management, coordination and control of the entire authorisation process. In this role, you will act as a cross-divisional function throughout the entire company and have the opportunity to gain insights into all departments.

This position is located in the IT Governance department. The department focuses on IT regulations. We look forward to you becoming a part of it with immediate effect.

Your tasks include

  • Establishment and further development of our specialised identity and access management
  • Supporting the specialist departments with role modelling and maintenance
  • Implementation of an integrated and optimised identity and access management system -Omada Identity
  • Evaluation of regulatory requirements and derivation of measures
  • Optimisation of our IAM processes in collaboration with our authorisation administrators
  • Creation and further development of associated guidelines, processes and instructions
  • Coordination of projects and service providers for the further development of the IAM tool

What you bring with you

  • Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) are required for this position. We will assess your language skills during the recruitment process (Proficiency in German at C1 level is mandatory. Language skills will be assessed during the recruitment process).
  • a completed degree (e.g. business informatics, industrial engineering) or a completed apprenticeship with several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Deeper understanding of specialised identity and access management (IAM)
  • Going beyond user experience with Omada Identity
  • Basic understanding of the processes within IT
  • Certifications such as DIN ISO 27001, ITIL or similar are an advantage or feasible at a later date
