Your tasks include

  • Management and optimisation of software and licence agreements
  • Monitoring licence usage and compliance requirements
  • Negotiations with software providers and licensors
  • Support with licence checks and audits
  • Implementation and maintenance of a licence management tool
  • Further development of licence management processes
  • Training and counselling of internal stakeholders on licensing

What you bring with you

  • Completed studies or training with an IT focus or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in licence management, ideally with knowledge of common licence models
  • Knowledge of licence management and IT asset management tools, ideally with Jira Asset Management
  • Negotiating skills and strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills paired with a conceptual and structured way of working
