For our company Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH in Regensburg we are looking for you as Development Engineer FPGA/VHDL for Power Electronic Converters (m/f/d).

What you can expect from us

You develop modular and reusable VHDL code for the control and communication of power electronic converters
You test your specially developed modules using simulation, hardware and also hardware in the loop
You create documentation and IP cores
You work together with colleagues from the tools, backend, frontend, control and embedded systems departments
You work with modern lifecycle management and CI/CD tools

What you bring with you

You have a university degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
You have more than 5 years of professional experience and a sound knowledge of VHDL design
You have experience in testing VHDL code, including simulation tools such as ModelSim or comparable tools
You have a good understanding of the use of Vivado Design Suite, MATLAB/Simulink Cosimulation or XSG
Experience with power electronic topologies and hardware-in-the-loop experience is desirable
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, round off your profile
