Your tasks and responsibilities
Comprehensive support for projects in the area of cyber security.
Leading the definition of security requirements and security concepts for specific projects.
Leading the development of a secure architecture for aerospace solutions.
Management of the processes for assessing security risks and creating threat models.
Function as safety officer for certain aerospace projects and contact person for all related safety issues.
Verification and validation of the design of cyber security systems/networks.
Evaluation, development and customisation of the basis for secure system and network configuration and protection in accordance with security requirements.
Supporting the bidding team with the technical solution (security scope) and the cost estimate.
Coordinate with the various stakeholders and team members to ensure the delivery of the technical solution in terms of quality, time and cost (oQoToC).
Desired skills and qualifications
You have a university degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering, computer science or a similar field or have comparable experience
You have several years of experience in system safety engineering and in the definition of safety concepts and processes for complex solutions for space and aviation systems
You have a good knowledge of the various cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27000 family, NIST 2, CMMC, ...) and are familiar with security products and secure communication protocols
You have sound expertise in the area of secure architecture principles
