We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager (B2B) with a focus on new customer acquisition to further expand our growth strategy.

The opportunity to grow together with us and develop your prospects as a Sales Manager (B2B) or Key Account Manager.
You identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies for acquiring new customers (SMEs & mid-sized companies).
You contact decision-makers by phone, LinkedIn or email - always with the aim of arranging a consultation appointment.
You will work closely with our marketing team to optimise campaigns and leads.
You accompany interested parties from the initial contact to the offer.
You document your activities in a structured way in the CRM (HubSpot).
You contribute your own ideas on how we can make our sales process even more efficient.
First experience in B2B sales, ideally in an IT or consulting environment.
You are communicative, determined and motivated to learn new things.
Confident telephone manner and enjoy convincing people.
Independent and structured way of working.
Basic understanding of IT and data protection topics is a plus - not a must.
Confident use of digital tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn, Office 365).
With years of experience in the areas of information security, IT security and data protection and a deep understanding of the specific requirements of this target group, we work closely with you to develop customised solutions that meet your individual needs.
