As an IT system administrator (m/f/d), you are the backbone of our internal IT infrastructure. You will work closely with Development and Network Engineering to support our almost 100 employees.

Your tasks include

You are the first point of contact for IT questions (2nd level support) for our employees and ensure that everyone can work smoothly
You keep an eye on the operation, maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure (server, network, end devices) - on site and in the cloud
Administration of Azure AD, Intune MDM and Office 365
You support colleagues with onboarding and offboarding, take care of access, rights and hardware
You monitor systems, backups and monitoring tools, drive the expansion of self-service solutions and provide internal training
Implementation and monitoring of IT security measures in accordance with ISO 27001

What you bring with you

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
Experience with cloud telephone systems such as Pascom, 3CX or comparable systems
Professional configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting expertise for site networks (in use: Juniper, Unify, Fortinet)
Specialisation in the configuration and setup of Linux web servers on platforms such as Hetzner and AWS
Familiarity with the administration of Atlassian tools such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Bitbucket
Comprehensive cross-platform expertise in Windows, MacOS and iOS

Mobility:
Willingness to commute regularly between Munich/Inning and Ellwangen (production site), approx. 4-8 days per month.
