Your tasks include

  • Coordination and preparation/follow-up for appointments, workshops and events, including minutes, presentations and documentation
  • Support in customer service and in the ongoing daily operations of municipal services
  • Participation in internal and external projects with a strategic and organisational focus
  • On-site support for customer projects, e.g. by accompanying appointments and project activities
  • Participation in the organisation, documentation and follow-up of project assignments

What you bring with you

  • Current enrolment in a full-time course
    Very good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organisational talent and a structured, reliable way of working
  • Good knowledge of common Office applications and initial experience in a project environment.
  • Interest in municipal administrative structures, public services, or strategic issues
  • Willingness to undertake occasional assignments at customer sites and associated business travel
  • Willingness to undergo a security vetting process in accordance with the Hamburg Security Vetting and Secrecy Act (HmbSÜGG)
