You also understand our basic principle of customer centricity and take a holistic view of our customer relationships. Together with our sales, marketing and tech teams, you will provide advice and support on the path to digitalisation.

Job description

As an Account Manager*, you will support our existing customers in the transformation of their omnichannel retailing and use your expertise to identify suitable and sustainable solutions. You also understand our basic principle of customer centricity and take a holistic view of our customer relationships. Together with our sales, marketing and tech teams, you will provide advice and support on the path to digitalisation.

Your tasks include

  • The optimal and comprehensive support of our (existing) customers from the wholesale / B2B environment is your focus 
  • To this end, you will actively advise on digital transformation topics in e-commerce, understand the challenges of our customers and find suitable solutions for them
  • As a result, you not only ensure an optimal customer relationship, but also its continuous expansion 
  • Together with our sales team, you will also convert leads into customers and thus drive our business forward

What you bring with you

  • You have completed training or a degree with a business or technical focus 
  • You also have sound experience in sales and a well-established network, ideally in the omnichannel retail / wholesale environment and a passion for e-commerce topics
  • You are adept and business fluent in customer communication, both in German and English, and impress with your results-orientated way of working and professional demeanour. 
  • With your understanding of successful and interdisciplinary cooperation, you will enrich our sales and marketing team and become part of synaigy
